My Diet Update


I have still been doing well on my diet. As I mentioned in the past I'm really not following any specific diet plan. I've just been trying to correct a lot of poor eating habits that I have developed over the years. I have also been trying to increase my physical activity by walking more, swimming, bike riding, etc.. I have also been taking a weight loss supplement, which really seems to be helping as well. Over the past 2 weeks I have lost another 3 pounds. i still have quite a few to go but I am confident that I will make it to my goal.
